What is the date and location of the Summit?
The Summit will take place on Tuesday, June 9, 2025 at The Stoney Creek Hotel, from 9 am to 4:00 pm (see Agenda page for more details).
How do I register for the conference?
You can register for the conference by visiting our Registration page and completing the form.
What is the registration fee?
The Early Bird registration fee is $300 for StepUp clients and $350 for non-StepUp clients. Early Bird rates are available between October 1, 2025 to February 28, 2026.
The Standard Registration fee is $350 for StepUp clients and $400 for non-StepUp clients. Standard rates are available from March 1, 2026 to May 30, 2026.
What is the conference schedule?

What is the dress code for the conference?
The dress code is business casual. Comfortable shoes are recommended as there may be walking between sessions.
Will meals be provided?
Yes, lunch and snacks will be provided on-site. If you have dietary restrictions, please note them during registration.

Are there accommodations near the venue?

If you cancel your registration on or before June 1, you will not incur any charges.
Cancellation Between June 2 and June 7, 2025
If you cancel your registration between June 2 and June 7, you will be billed 50% of the registration fee.
Cancellation After June 7 (or No Show), 2025
If you cancel your registration after June 7 or fail to attend without prior notice (no-show), you will be responsible for 100% of the registration fee.
