What is the date and location of the Summit?
The Summit will take place on Tuesday, June 22, 2027 at The DoubleTree by Hilton Springfield Hotel (see Agenda page for more details).
How do I register for the conference?
You can register for the conference by visiting our Registration page and completing the form.
What is the registration fee?
The Early Bird registration fee is $275 for StepUp clients and $325 for non-StepUp clients. Early Bird rates are available between October 1, 2026 to March 15, 2027.
The Standard Registration fee is $325 for StepUp clients and $375 for non-StepUp clients. Standard rates are available from March 16, 2027 to June 16, 2027.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation on or Before June 14, 2027
If you cancel your registration on or before June 1, you will not incur any charges.
Cancellation Between June 15 and June 20, 2027
If you cancel your registration between June 15 and June 20, you will be billed 50% of the registration fee.
Cancellation After June 20 (or No Show), 2027
If you cancel your registration after June 7 or fail to attend without prior notice (no-show), you will be responsible for 100% of the registration fee.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your registration at any time. Please contact info@stepupconsultngservices.com for assistance with the transfer process.
What is the conference schedule?
You can view the full conference schedule, including breakout sessions, keynote speakers, and networking events, on our Agenda page.
What is the dress code for the conference?
The dress code is business casual. Comfortable shoes are recommended as there may be walking between sessions.
Will meals be provided?
Yes, lunch and snacks will be provided on-site. If you have dietary restrictions, please note them during registration.
How do I get to the venue?

What should I bring to the conference?
